2010 Letter to Vendors

Hello Past Hempfest Vendors,
The 15th Annual Missoula Hempfest is on Saturday, Sept. 11th 2010 from noon to 10:30pm and we are pleased to announce that we are now accepting vendor registrations! We have a couple of very important changes to make you aware of this year so please read carefully through the information below.
- Continuing in 2010, all of our vendors this year *must* have at least one hemp product offered at their booth. We understand this requirement is a significant change but this is after all, a HEMP festival! If you need help finding hemp product, be sure to view our online hemp retailer directory located under the Hemp menu.
- Please review this year's 'Early Hempster' prices below!
- Half space - $55 (Increases to $75 after June 20)
- 10'x10' outside pavilion - $80 (Increases to $100 after June 20)
- 10'x10' under pavilion - $90 (Increases to $110 after June 20)
- 10'x20' (includes buses) - $140 (Increases to $160 after June 20)
- Food Booth - $185 (Increases to $205 after June 20)
- Glass Vendor - $550 (Increases to $600 after June 20). Montana vendors only until July 1st. Limit of 3. Out-of-state vendors may be considered after that date, space available.
- Nonprofit (free)
** You qualify for our "early hempster" $20 discount only if you register and send payment postmarked by June 20th. **** Any vendor whose booth is at least 50% hemp product will receive an additional 10% off their fee! **We remind you that a limited number of tables and chairs are available on a first come, first serve basis only. We reserve the right to refuse service to any entity to participate as a vendor/nonprofit.
In 2007, Missoula Hempfest became the primary fundraiser for our 501(C3) organization, Montana Hemp Council (MHC). The mission of MHC is to educate the public regarding the benefits and value that hemp would bring to this country and through education, help to work towards the end of prohibition on a state and national level. Our work would not be possible without your support.
